Fujitsu MHL2300AT 30 GB laptop From Customer's order Hard drive is clicking, it failed when laptop was being repaired for problems unrelated to the hard drive. Repair techs think that data platters are fine; they just need to be transferred to a new drive case to be able to recover the data.

Hitachi HTS726060M9AT00 60 GB laptop From Customer's order Cause of failure - Water spilled on the laptop while running. Shorted the HDD circuitry & motor. Drive dose not power-on or spin.
