SOUNDS, CLICK, CLICK AND DOES NOT BOOT. I TOOK IT A RECOVERY COMPANY IN MIAMI "NATION WIDE DATA RECOVERY" AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT RECOVER BECAUSE NEED MORE EQUIPMENT TO DO IT.

Drive is NOT visible in BIOS. Nothing out of the ordinary leading up to the drive failure. Tech dept used local utilities to bring up the drive and also tried in another computer, nothing worked.

I'm very pleased with the outcome of your recovery services. The Hitachi HDD-clone 'did' work and a 40 gig instead of the original 20 gig, thanks. All is well which ended well and I'll recommend your company to others that might end up in such a situation.
